2016 UK OPTICAL DESIGN MEETING
The 2016 UK Optical Design Meeting (UKODM) was held at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Oxfordshire, OX11 0QX, 15 September 2016. The meeting was a one day event allowing local attendees the convenience and economy of a one day excursion to the venue.  A "networking/get-acquainted" reception was held the previous evening, 14 September 2016, at the Kingswell Hotel, Harwell, Oxfordshire for all meeting attendees who were either hotel guests or who were located convenient to the hotel.  Venue sponsorship was provided by Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). Sponsorship of lunch, break refreshments and limited student travel was provided by Synopsys, Optical Solutions Group.
